Resolve to edge in a little reading every day,
if it is but a single sentence.
If you gain fifteen minutes a day,
it will make itself felt at the end of the year.
~ Horace Mann ~
Read On!
This year our reading contest is Read On! Each class will choose a ‘rock band’ name and determine their reading goal as a grade.
Weekly reading logs will be turned in on library day. Students who meet their class goal and turn in logs will be entered into quarterly drawings, win monthly free pizzas & ice cream, and be qualified for our end of the year ‘book-a-palossa’! Also, the class with the most logs turned in each month wins a class pizza party!
