The first 20 customers that write a review in the U.S. iTunes store will receive a gift certificate for an upgrade to the full version including the business ratios worksheet. Just send an email to tech support with a copy of your review and when your review appears in the U.S. iTunes store you will receive a certificate. Biz Analyst+ 1.02 upgrade including the business ratios worksheet released. Log function and scientific number entry with the E key was added to the main keyboard.

Biz Analyst+ 1.01 was just released. It includes a couple of fixes and new worksheets for Black-Scholes option pricing, Lease and Tip. The Bond work sheet now includes Macaulay Duration and modified duration.

Biz Analyst+ is now available on the iTunes store. This calculator builds on features originally developed for allRPNCalc and 10BIICalc but includes easy to use worksheets for solving common business problems in a more direct way. A comprehensive user manual is built into the calculator.

If you recently upgraded to allRPNCalc 3.0 and it doesn’t work please delete and reinstall it on your iPhone using the following steps:


1) touch the allRPNCalc icon until it starts shaking.

2) touch the x in the upper left corner of the icon to delete it.

3) press the home key to stop the other icons from shaking.

  1. 4)go to the AppStore and purchase the calculator. A message will come up that asks if you want to download an app you have already purchased. Answer yes. If you have purchased the program before, the download will be free- there will be no charge to you.


An update to fix the problem has been sent off to Apple weeks ago, but they are so back logged in reviewing and releasing apps who knows when it will be released :-(

calc10BII version 2.0 including 2 new screens for bond calculations and depreciation was published. The tvm screen was expanded to include the amortization table function and the cash flow screen was updated to more accurately report the results of the IRR calculation and MIRR was added. In addition you can view the NPV graph.

calc10BII was published today on the iTunes store. calc10BII is an algebraic financial and business oriented calculator that has all the functionality of the 10BII calculator plus much more.

Version 2.01 is in review at Apple. It fixes a bug in the currency conversion routines and does a better job of initializing the display to prevent locking in the oct mode. For those of you with the oct display problem, delete your copy of allRPNCalc from your iPhone and down load it again from the iTunes store. That will clear up the problem.

Version 2 was uploaded for Apple’s review today. Included in this update are time value of money calculations modeled on the HP12c, conversions for 47 world currencies, wider keys and comma separators between each set of 3 digits of the mantissa. More info will be released when the new version appears on the iTunes site.
