Students in Craig, Alaska live on Prince of Wales Island, so they spend a lot of time traveling to state wide and regional  school events. They must take a boat or float plane to get to the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry or the  airport in Ketchikan. Now that each student has their own “anywhere laptop” they are able to continue their assignments when their travel is delayed due to weather or on the long 3 hour ferry rides.
