To evaluate the benefits and challenges of the CDL 1-to-1 initiative since its launch in 2006, AASB commissioned Dr. Jason Ohler to conduct in-depth interviews with key program participants and produce a project summary report.

The new report also features profiles of CDL teachers from three regions of the state—Western, Southeast and Anchorage—to provide a classroom-level perspective before and after digital learning was introduced to their schools.

Dr. Ohler’s 2009 mid-project CDL report is included as an addendum to the 2011 report.
