Bill and I are aware of the problems many of you have reported in trying to use the new form currently posted. We have been in contact with Jason Stuart about providing us with an editable PDF form that works like it is supposed too. One where you can fill in all the blanks.
Several have asked if document will be available as a Microsoft Word document. I have the software to turn the document into a Word document. I have not done so for two reasons: First, the Board has not approved doing that. Secondly, I do not recommend emailing anyone a Microsoft Word document. The person on the other end can use their copy of Word and make all kinds of changes to it, then claim later that his copy is the one everyone agreed too. You do not need that trouble if matters ever get to that point. That is why we asked for the document in editable PDF format. You can make changes to it, but once it is saved and emailed, the person on the other end cannot make any changes. Hope this makes sense.

Bonding and Grounding Information
Bill:
As you heard me mention during the seminar, I offered to send anyone who requested it, information on Grounding and Bonding. Well the response was overwhelming. If you have a network of Inspector's that you can contact by email, would you please let those who gave me their info, know that I am working on doing a special document on this subject geared to home inspectors and I will get that to them as quickly as I can. I am doing this around my other commitments and work.
