Adventure Racing Team

•	Jason Magness, 32: Jason brings years of experience in the realms of expedition climbing, extreme multi-sport racing, and yoga to the team. He is a veteran of over 25 races, and has never failed to finish a race. Even amongst other elite level racers, this is an amazing feat. He has podium finishes in PHEAR, Endorphin Fix, Beast of the East, Prairie Rose State Games, and WAR. Jason is a strong all around racer and one of the teams lead navigators.

•	Andy Magness, 32: Andy has spent the last year and a half in New Zealand, exploring all the craziness the South Island has to offer. An avid pack rafter and mountain runner, Andy jumped into the “deep end” of the adventure racing pool, racing in the Primal Quest as his second race.

•	Mark Latanzi, 41: Mark has been racing part-time for almost 10 years. This last summer however, after an early “retirement” from his job as a software developer, Mark committed to training and racing full time. Mark is strong in all the disciplines, and an expert navigator with many first place finishes in adventure races, triathlons, and mountain bike races.

•	Paul Cassedy 19- also a member of Team Barely Legal, Paul is one of the original YogaSlackers, and truly a part of every aspect of the team. Paul races, slacklines, teaches snowkiting, yoga, acroyoga, and is generally an inspiration to those twice his age.

•	Sam Salwei, 25: A native of North Dakota, Sam grew up doing crazy things in extreme temperatures. In many ways the sport of adventure racing is a way for him to take it easy. He is a jack of all trades during races, especially excelling at races of 24-48 hrs in length, where he doesn’t need to sleep at all.

•	Daniel Staudigel, 19: Daniel is an adventure racing prodigy. He completed his first race at the age of 17. At the age of 18, he completed a 21 day, unsupported journey of 600 miles in the remote Canadian outback. Just last weekend, he led a team of younger teenagers to a 5th place finish in a tough regional race of 27 teams. Daniel shows no signs of slowing down.

•	Erica Krimmel, 18: Erica is another racing prodigy. With 5 multi-sport races under her belt during the last year, Erica gets stronger with each race. Furthermore, it is Erica’s youthful idealism about the environment and how we can play our part that has shaped the ethos of our team.

•	Sara Dallman and Jen Marsh (ages secret) these two ladies are an integral part to the Adventure Racing team and it has been our pleasure to race with them around the world! Sara will be part of Team Yogaslackers at the Adventure Racing National Championships in Nov. 2007
