-Church teams who bravely forged ahead and came to Mexico in spite of obstacles were richly rewarded.

-Many pastors, churches and ministries in Mexico were encouraged.

-If you had the courage to come this week, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

We just returned from an amazing week of ministry in Mexicali, Mexico.  Yes, I said Mexico.

People in the states have been duped by the media into believing travel into Mexico is just too dangerous right now.  My experience and the experience of more than 1000 others this week indicates that is a gross exaggeration.

There were no problems with anything related to drug cartels.  There is no civil war in Mexico. No students or leaders were harmed.  Not one. To read more extensively about this, click here

Here are the great things that did happen:

Our worship team got to lead for the chapels each morning and evening.  We had extraordinary times of passionate worship and singing!

-1200 students and leaders from around the U.S. and Canada gave up their spring breaks to do programs for kids, community service, prison outreach, special needs ministry, construction, and a variety of other ministries.

-Many people gave their lives to Christ for the first time (including American students).
