Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it!

I devoted my entire college career to finding a way to live overseas.  I didn’t just want to make enough money to travel -- being a perpetual tourist is no fun, and I rightly reasoned that if I worked that hard, I’d never have time to enjoy a proper vacation.  Plan B was to marry rich, but I didn’t know any independently wealthy young bachelors who might indulge my travel habit, so I had to settle for finding a job that would pay me to go where I wanted anyway.

I’m no longer working full time, but am still following my husband around the globe in his job (so I guess Plan B did work, after a fashion!).  My focus has now shifted to finding a way to capture some of our experiences and share them through writing.
